OEM nav radio

2 Questions. Is anyone aware if all the Nav radios have XM ability built in, and it just needs to be reprogrammed or do I need to add on an XM unit? The Second, will the new Gm Nav system that is in the trucks fit in an 05 corvette? The new systems seem easier to use.
