I have an '89 and had to replace mine recently. There are two access holes one on each side of the frame rail/bumper connection. If you're facing toward the front of the vehicle, you should see them in line with the outer edges of the radiator. The sockets on mine twisted a 1/4-turn and slid right out. The bulbs are at the end of a really long plastic socket. Hope this helps!
