THE HEADLIGHTS ON '93 COUPE JUMP UP AND DOWN [GO DOWN 3 " AND UP 3-4" REPEATEDLY] AFTER THEY REACH FULL UP POSITION. WILL NOT STOP UNTIL SWITCHED OFF, THEN WE HAVE TO MANUALLY RAISE LIGHTS. JUST DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO START LOOKING. ANY HELP?

Have you replaced the gears ? That's the first thing I'd do. The kits that are offered are fairly easy to install.
