In the wiper well area on the right hand side you must remove a plastic plug. Once you do that, use a flat bladed screw drive and push against the release lever located inside of the access hole.

Clay, I'm not sure how or where to do it myself, but if you to www.c3vr.com, I'm sure you'll find someone who can help. Its a great site for C3's.
