TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Minimum order: 1000
• List rental for one-time use only
• Sample mailing piece required
• Non-commissionable
• Prepayment required on all orders
• No telephone solicitation allowed
• Gross names only-no deductions allowed
• Orders cancelled before mail date, $50 plus running charges of $7.50/M and $2.50/M for each selection.
• Full payment is required for orders cancelled after mail date.
• Orders are shipped UPS next day air.
